Timeframes

You have up to 14 calendar days from the successful delivery of your order to contact us and initiate a size exchange or return/refund request.

• Exchanges or returns of products without defects or due to a wrong size being ordered are at your own expense. You will be responsible for the shipping cost a second time.
• Any returns or issues that occur due to an error on our part will be handled at no cost to you.
• For returns due to defects, please include 1-3 photos with your initial email to avoid delays.

You have up to 30 calendar days from the estimated delivery date to contact us and initiate a lost package claim if your order is suspected to be lost in transit.

• Does not apply if tracking information states the order was successfully delivered
• We will confirm with you that the shipping address provided was correct
• We require that you contact the shipping carrier to assist in locating the lost order
• If package is determined to be lost in transit, we will re-ship a replacement order at no cost to you

Returns and refunds

It is always best to contact us directly before returning any products! We can not refund orders for buyer’s remorse*, however damaged/irregular items and size exchanges are valid reasons for return.

Please note: All refund requests will undergo an evaluation upon receipt of item(s) to verify that the returned item was not used or damaged. In these cases, a refund will not be possible. Size exchanges will be made once the item is received and in acceptable condition.

* Unless you reside in Brazil, per the Código de Defesa do Consumidor - Customers residing in Brazil and returning a purchase must contact us and express their intent to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item(s) to return.

EU customers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons;

Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

Return addresses

Your return should be mailed to the facility where your package was mailed from originally. Keep your receipt to verify where it was mailed from in case you need to return or exchange items. If you are unsure, you can contact us directly and we will do our best to assist.
