Rate calculations

We calculate live rates in real time based on the size and weight of the shipment as well as the destination you indicate.

Shipping options

You may see two shipping options at checkout:

• Express (fast shipping)
  • All Express carriers require a phone number for delivery
• Standard

At checkout, you will only see the shipping options available to you based on the shipping address you enter. For example, if Express shipping is unavailable for your specific destination, only the Standard rate will be shown.

Carriers and delivery

The most suitable carrier for your shipment is automatically chosen based on the selected shipping method and destination. You’ll know which carrier service delivers your shipment in your order confirmation email!

Unplanned impacts

Sometimes things don't go as planned, such as:
 

• Undeliverable address - If you provide a mailing address that is considered insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to us. We will reach out to the email address on your account to confirm an updated address, but you will be liable for reshipment costs as applicable
   
• Delivered but not received - If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier's tracking but you have not received it, please contact the carrier for details. Most carriers have procedures in place for these inconveniences that can be found on their websites. (For example, USPS's page here.)
   
• Damaged during transit - If anything arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us with 1-3 photos of the damaged item(s) attached and we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you!

Restrictions on shipping

We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we do not ship to the following destinations: 

• Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
• Russia
• Belarus
• Ecuador
• Cuba
• Iran
• Syria
• North Korea

Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine.

Additionally, due to the lasting impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries:

• Afghanistan
• Bhutan
• Brunei
• Chad
• Laos
• Libya
• Mongolia
• Samoa
• South Sudan
• Timor-Leste
• Turkmenistan
• Yemen

The list of countries where our shipping carriers do not offer international shipping may change - however, the most up-to-date list is on the USPS website.
